It was then time for our 10-Minute Tour of local events. Sonja Corbitt talked about how fear can keep us from growing in our relationship with Jesus and her upcoming visit as keynote speaker at the Duluth Women's Conference. Finally, Trish Laskey talked about if we as lay people do enough to support our parishes.

Gretchen Landherr and Betsy Kneepkens of the Diocese of Duluth then told us about this year's Women's Conference and how it will be an opportunity for women to take on their fears so they can draw closer to Jesus.
